Termination

Payment Processing

All payments on EzGenVideo are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), acting as our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, your payment will be processed by Creem, and they will appear as the merchant name on your credit card or bank statement. Creem handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Third-Party AI Services

EzGenVideo provides a custom interface to access third-party AI video generation models (including but not limited to Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these AI model providers. The availability, features, and quality of AI-generated content may vary and are subject to the respective providers' terms of service and policies. We do not guarantee any specific results from AI model outputs.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
