At EzGenVideo, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund requests are only applicable to subscription credits and must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Credit packs are not eligible for refunds.
If you have used more than 50 subscription credits, regardless of how long ago you made the purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.

Note: Please be aware that credit packs are not eligible for refunds.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Please note that a processing fee of up to 6% of the original payment amount may be deducted from the refund. Credit packs are not eligible for refunds.
